A very nice pub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We visited three times during our two-week holiday and it was excellent every time. Greetings from the German guests with the Baileys 👋😁. Thank you for the great Service. We'll be back.

Waitress was very friendly ( Sophie H),  cheerful and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Menu not huge but ample. Food was perfect, absolutely no complaints at all. Had Sunday lunch this weekend. By far, the best carvery we've had in years. Everything was cooked to perfection, the portions were very good and the prices? Competitive to say the least. Our waitress, Daisy was polite and efficient. Well done to the team at Smugglers.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found the Smugglers Inn a lovely place to visit. Staff are attentive and friendly and the Sunday carvery was very tasty. My husband had vanilla ice cream for pudding,  I had Seaton Mess - again, both were delicious. Will definitely be back.
